THERAPHY & COACHING

As a qualified Therapeutic Arts Coach, I offer a guided, supportive space where you can explore your inner world with honesty and care. As social beings, we are shaped by our relationships and experiences — yet we often lack a space where our emotions and thoughts can be fully seen and heard.

In our work together, we gently bring forward what lives beneath the surface. Emotions are energy, and thoughts carry movement. Through creative and embodied practices such as collage, mandala work, journalling, expressive whole-body art, meditation, belief excavation and reflective dialogue, we begin to give form to that inner energy.

When feelings and thoughts take shape — in image, color, words, or movement — they become clearer, lighter, and more integrated. Therapy and coaching are not about fixing you, but about guiding you to access your own insight, strength, and authentic expression.

THE WAVES WITHIN
From Feeling to Form: A Creative Odyssey

Each course is built around a simple, supportive structure. You’ll work in your own A3 journal, with all materials provided, during relaxed 2-hour sessions. Between sessions, you’ll be invited to continue the process through home reflection prompts or worksheets, allowing insights to unfold at your own pace.

There are three pathways you can choose from, depending on the depth of experience you’re seeking:

The Core Course offers a foundational introduction across 5 weeks (10 hours), giving you space to reconnect with creativity and begin exploring your inner landscape.

The Deeper Explorations Course extends over 8 weeks (16 hours), allowing more time to develop themes, build confidence, and engage more meaningfully with your creative process.

The Immersive Course is a 10-week (20 hours) journey for those ready to dive deeply into therapeutic art-making, creating space for sustained reflection, insight, and transformation.

Each course is a step inward—an opportunity to slow down, create, and listen.

THE CORE COURSE

10 hour core course - 5 weeks - 360 EUR Incl. BTW

1. Session Title: Introduction & Self Portrait - Seeing and expressing

This session serves as the introduction to the course, inviting participants to explore how they perceive themselves in the present moment. Through symbolic self-portrait exercises, participants begin to reflect on their inner and outer worlds, uncover personal symbolism, and gently step into creative expression.

The session emphasizes that creativity is not about technical skill, but about curiosity, self-expression, and insight. Participants are also introduced to the concept of semiotics—the study of symbols and meaning—so they can begin to notice how their choices in imagery, shapes, and colour communicate deeper truths about themselves.

2. Session Title: Mapping the past and present

This session explores how colour can act as a personal emotional language. Through the creation of a mandala, participants are invited to reflect on their past experiences and their current emotional landscape. Rather than focusing on artistic skill, the exercise encourages participants to notice how different colours resonate with their memories, feelings, and sense of self.

The mandala offers a gentle structure in the form of a circle, symbolizing wholeness and continuity. Within this safe framework, participants can explore the colours that represent their past and the colours that reflect who they are in the present moment. The goal is to develop greater awareness of personal emotional patterns while expressing them creatively.

3. Session Title: Exploring the Imaginal Self

This session invites participants to explore their inner world through guided imagery and creative expression. By entering a relaxed, meditative state, participants are gently guided through a series of prompts designed to evoke images, symbols, emotions, and sensations from within their imagination.

These inner images often reveal aspects of the self that are not always accessible through logical thinking. The exercise encourages participants to trust their intuition and notice what naturally appears in their mind’s eye.

Through journaling and artistic expression, participants translate these internal experiences into visual form. The goal is not to interpret the imagery immediately, but to observe and become curious about the symbols, figures, or landscapes that emerge.

4. Session Title: Manifestation through art

This session invites participants to explore their hopes, desires, and aspirations through a large-scale creative vision board. Using collage, drawing, colour, and words, participants create a visual representation of the life they would like to move toward.

Rather than focusing only on goals or achievements, the exercise encourages participants to reflect on how they want to feel, what experiences they want to invite into their lives, and what values they want to embody. By translating these ideas into imagery, participants create a tangible reminder of their intentions for the future.

The process encourages imagination, clarity, and self-permission to dream beyond current limitations.

5. Session Title: Reflections and Celebration - Integrating the creative journey

This session is designed as the culmination of the course, inviting participants to reflect on their creative journey, celebrate their discoveries and integrate what they've learned about themselves. By revisiting their sketchbooks and artworks, participants can see how far they have come to notice patterns and acknowledge growth.

The session then transitions into a free flow creative experience, allowing participants to select the medium, technique or process that brought them the most joy during the course. This final artwork becomes a personal celebration of their learning and creative expression.

THE DEEPER EXPLORATIONS COURSE

16 hour deeper exploration course - 8 week course - 595.20 EUR Incl. BTW

Core Session Course + The following:

6. Session Title: Creating Through Discomfort

This session invites participants to explore creativity without rules, structure, or expectation. Through a full-canvas painting exercise, participants are encouraged to move beyond perfectionism and experience the process of staying present with discomfort. The goal is not to create a “good” painting, but to notice what arises internally when control is loosened and creativity is allowed to flow freely.

7. Session Intention:
This session invites participants to imagine a version of themselves that exists beyond limitation. Using imagination, symbolism, and creative exploration, participants will begin to envision an archetypal representation of their potential self.

This archetypal figure is not meant to represent perfection, but possibility. It reflects qualities, strengths, and energies that participants may already carry within them but have not yet fully expressed.

Participants will use AI tools to generate an image inspired by their envisioned archetype. This image becomes a starting point for artistic exploration and personal reflection.

8. Session Title: Painting with the hands

This session invites participants to reconnect with creativity through direct, tactile experience. Instead of using traditional tools such as brushes or pencils, participants create artwork using their hands and fingers.

Finger painting removes the distance between the artist and the material, encouraging a more embodied and sensory approach to creativity. Participants are invited to notice the physical sensations of the paint—the texture, movement, and temperature—as they explore colour and form.

For many people, this process may initially feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. The session gently explores what happens when control is softened and creativity becomes a physical, playful experience rather than a carefully planned one.

The goal is not to create a perfect image, but to rediscover spontaneity, curiosity, and the connection between body, emotion, and expression.

THE IMMERSIVE COURSE

20 hour immersive - 10 week course - 995 EUR Incl. BTW

Core + The Deeper Explorations Course + The following:

9. Session Title: Belief Excavation
This session invites participants to explore the beliefs that shape how they see themselves and the world. Many of our beliefs are formed early in life through family dynamics, cultural expectations, and past experiences. Over time, these beliefs can become internal narratives that influence our choices, confidence, and emotional responses.

Through guided reflection and creative expression, participants begin to identify these inherited or learned beliefs and gently question whether they still serve them today.

The intention is not to force change, but to bring awareness to the inner narratives that may be quietly shaping our lives.

10. Session Title: Mould your feelings
This session invites participants to connect with flow, movement, and transformation through hands-on clay exploration. Rather than sculpting objects, participants focus on curves, waves, and flowing lines, allowing their touch and intuition to guide the creation.

Through the tactile process of pressing, smoothing, stretching, and merging clay, participants witness how small movements can create form and transformation. The session emphasizes presence, embodiment, and the natural rhythm of creativity, mirroring how life flows and transforms under pressure and intention.
